Online bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking via the Booking Online page

All Online payments are 100% non refundable

Should you need to cancel the appointment and it is not re booked unfortunately the payment is 100% non refundable

In cases where you miss the appointment and considered a "no show" the payment is 100% non refundable

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled providing more than 48hrs notice from the appointment, where there is availability to conveniently reschedule, the payment will be moved to that new booking.

Cancellation or rescheduling providing less than 48hrs of the appointment, will unfortunately not be able to transfer the payment to an alternative new booking.
